ALLENVERA – 50ft Traditional Narrowboat

Description

ALLENVERA is a 50ft traditional narrowboat built by Jonathan Wilson in 1995 and fitted out by Mitchel Boatbuilders of Doncaster using oak veneered panels with solid oak capping. It has a Duffield Marine 42bhp engine based on Perkins 4 cylinder and a PRM 150 gearbox connected to a Centaflex coupling. The engine has done 1419 genuine hours. This is a remarkably low.
When entering the boat via the bow you enter through the half glazed steel doors into the saloon which has Squirrel solid fuel stove with back boiler and loose furniture. The galley has a separate oven & hob with a 3 way fridge running from gas, 12v or mains. Water is heated via the instantaneous water heater. The tiled bathroom has a bath, Mansfield Traveller pump-out toilet and vanity basin. The bedroom has a fixed double bed which goes across the with of the boat but this could easily be converted back to its original “conventional” position.
Boat Safety until March 2021
Last blacked 2015
Engine serviced: August 2016
ALLENVERA has been used as a live aboard and has been very well maintained by the current owners who have owned it from new. This is an excellent boat and is priced to sell.
